Chad Terry – Co-President
Our Co-President is originally from Hickory North Carolina. He attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and graduated in 1999 with a Doctorate of Pharmacy. He met his wife Marybeth at Chapel Hill and still enjoys going back and cheering for the Tarheels. Marybeth and Chad started Southern Pharmacy Services in 2003 and he has 15 year experience in LTC pharmacy. He started as a consultant and rotated inside to learn the operations. Over the years, Chad has focused on the finance side of the company and Marybeth has focused on the sales side of the company. Both Chad and Marybeth work together managing the operations of the pharmacy. Chad and Marybeth currently live in Winston-Salem and have two daughters, Laura and Kate. Chad enjoys golf, traveling, family-time, and the beach.
Marybeth Terry – Co-President
Our Co-President is originally from Pink Hill, North Carolina. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and graduated in 1999 with a Doctorate of Pharmacy. Marybeth met her husband Chad at Chapel Hill and their family enjoys going back and cheering for the Tarheels. Marybeth and Chad started Southern Pharmacy Services in Pink Hill in 2003. She has 19 years of experience in LTC pharmacy. Both Chad and Marybeth work together managing the operations of the pharmacy. Marybeth lives in Winston-Salem with Chad and they have two daughters, Laura and Kate. Marybeth enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, family-time, and the beach.
Sarah Lynch – Director of Sales and Customer Service
Our director of Sales and Customer Service, Sarah Lynch, is a graduate of Meredith College. She has grown up in the pharmacy field; working in her father’s pharmacy prior to joining Southern Pharmacy in 2004. Sarah’s primary focus at Southern Pharmacy is building relationships with prospective customers while ensuring our current customers receive exceptional service. Taylor Driscoll – Senior Manager of Information Technology
Our Director of Information Technology, Taylor Driscoll, is originally from Charlotte, NC, and attended the University of North Carolina Charlotte, and also earned an MBA. Taylor brings over 25 years of experience working within and leading I.T. organizations for medium sized to fortune 100 businesses within North America and the Asia Pacific regions. After living in Asia for 8 years, Taylor worked for private firms leading I.T. organizations and enhancing technology to drive operational growth. Taylor will be managing all aspects of I.T. for the Pink Hill, Kernersville, and Wytheville pharmacies; as well as the Southern Pharmacy customers. His focus is on customer service and driving solutions to improve services and business operations, making information technology a strategic department within Southern Pharmacy.
Joel Noped – Operational Support Manager
Joel Noped, PharmD is the Operational Support Manager for all three of our locations. Since graduating from pharmacy school at UNC, Joel has 15 years of pharmacy experience. He has worked in long-term care for more than 10 years, including the last 8 with Southern Pharmacy. He worked as the Director of Operations for our Kernersville location from its opening until early 2014, when he transitioned to his new role assisting all of our pharmacies with project management.
Allison Boulware – Clinical Services Director
Allison Boulware, RN is the Clinical Services Director and has varied experience with group homes, Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF), Assisted Living and Skilled facilities across North Carolina. Before joining Southern Pharmacy, she was a Director of Nursing and adjunct faculty for community colleges with specialty focus on Gerontology and Special Needs Population. Allison oversees the Southern Pharmacy Nurse Account Managers, the Consultant Pharmacists, the QA staff and the eMAR team. The entire clinical team strives to provide quality-nursing services to all SPS customers. Olivia Miller – Operational Support Specialist
Our Operation Support Specialist, Olivia Miller, has 12 years of experience in long term care pharmacy. Olivia has been with Southern Pharmacy since 2003. She has worked as a supervisor in Order Entry, Call Center, and Cycle Fill Department until 2013 when she took a new role as the operational support specialist. She has a strong background in pharmacy procedures and operations within the pharmacy, and focuses primarily on ensuring employees are well trained and knowledgeable of their job responsibilities.
