Joel Noped

President

Soon after graduating from UNC pharmacy school in 1999, Joel Noped, Pharm.D., began working in long-term care and came to Southern Pharmacy in 2007. He worked as the Director of Operations for our Kernersville location from its opening until early 2014, when he transitioned to a role directing both short- and long-term project management for all our pharmacies. He now is pharmacy president at Kernersville.

Renae Cregger

President

Wytheville’s Director of Operations, Renae Cregger, PharmD, has many years of experience in long term care pharmacy. After earning her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Campbell University, she worked as a staff pharmacist, consultant pharmacist, and pharmacist supervisor. Renae’s primary focus is on making sure that our customers receive exceptional service while ensuring that the daily operations of the pharmacy run at optimal efficiency.

Olivia Miller

President

Pink Hill’s Director of Pharmacy Operations, Olivia Miller, has been with Southern Pharmacy since 2003. She has worked as a supervisor in Order Entry, Call Center, and Cycle Fill Department and as our operational support specialist prior to her current position. She has a strong background in pharmacy procedures and operations within the pharmacy and focuses primarily on ensuring employees are well trained and knowledgeable of their job responsibilities as well as overseeing all operational aspects of our Pink Hill location.

Chad Terry

Co-President

Our Co-President is originally from Hickory North Carolina. He attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and graduated in 1999 with a Doctorate of Pharmacy degree. He met his wife Marybeth at Chapel Hill and still enjoys going back and cheering for the Tarheels. He has worked in LTC pharmacy since graduation. Marybeth and Chad started Southern Pharmacy Services in 2003. He started as a consultant pharmacist and rotated inside to learn operations. Over the years, Chad has focused on the finance side of the company while Marybeth has focused on the sales side of the company. Both Chad and Marybeth work together managing the operations of the pharmacy. Chad and Marybeth currently live in Winston-Salem and have two daughters, Laura and Kate and a son, Watson. Chad enjoys golf, traveling, family-time and the beach.

Co-President

Our Co-President is originally from Pink Hill, North Carolina. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and graduated in 1999 with a Doctorate of Pharmacy. Marybeth met her husband Chad at Chapel Hill and their family enjoys going back and cheering for the Tarheels. She has worked in LTC pharmacy since graduation. Marybeth and Chad started Southern Pharmacy Services in Pink Hill in 2003. Both Chad and Marybeth work together managing the operations of the pharmacy. Marybeth lives in Winston-Salem with Chad and they have two daughters, Laura and Kate and a son, Watson. Marybeth enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, family-time and the beach.

Brian Dufour

Vice President of Financial Operations

Vice President of Financial Operations, Brian Dufour, PharmD, is originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin. He attended the University of Wisconsin – Madison (Microbiology) and Shenandoah University in Virginia (PharmD). Brian has been part of the Southern Pharmacy family since 2009. Prior to his current position, Brian lead the Kernersville pharmacy as Director of Operations. Brian has a variety of professional pharmacy experiences including hospital, retail, and LTC. His efficiency-focused approach helps to provide consistent and exceptional financial service to the pharmacy.

Sarah Lynch

Vice President of Sales and Customer Service

Our Vice President of Sales and Customer Service, Sarah Lynch, is a graduate of Meredith College. She has grown up in the pharmacy field working in her father’s pharmacy prior to joining Southern Pharmacy in 2004. Sarah’s primary focus at Southern Pharmacy is building relationships with prospective customers while ensuring our current customers receive exceptional service.

Glenn Whitley

Regional Director of Clinical Services

Glenn Whitley, PharmD, is the Director of Clinical Services for Southern’s Pink Hill location. Glenn joined Southern in November 2014 via the Extensive Pharmaceutical acquisition. Glenn has worked in the long term care industry focusing on geriatric populations since 2001. He has a degree in Chemistry from East Carolina University and a Doctorate of Pharmacy from Campbell University. Glenn and his team are focused on providing excellent customer service and resident care.

Cecil Davis

Regional Director of Quality Assurance

Kernersville’s Director of Clinical Services, Cecil Davis, PharmD has worked in long-term care in North Carolina since 1996. Cecil oversees the Quality Assurance Program for Kernersville. His focus is ensuring that our customers have a consistent experience that exceeds their expectations. He is married to Christy and they have four daughters.

Robyn Swinson

Director of Client Services

Our Director of Client Services, Robyn Swinson, RN, is a native of Eastern North Carolina. Robyn worked as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse, prior to joining Southern Pharmacy. She began her career with Southern Pharmacy as a Nurse Account Manager in 2006 and was the Lead Nurse Account Manager for our Pink Hill pharmacy prior to her current role. She brings over a decade of varied clinical and customer service experience to our Leadership Team. Robyn works with customers and our external Nursing and Quality Assurance teams to ensure our customers receive superior service and clinical support.
