Southern Pharmacy recently presented awards to employees who reached 5, 10 and 15 years of service over the last year. Building on the 2019 Employee Recognition Luncheons, where employees from each of the three pharmacies who had completed over five years of service were recognized with an award, the pharmacy hosted three 2020 luncheons. This year, 19 employees were recognized at the luncheons, adding to the 127 employees that were recognized last year.
“We are so grateful for and proud of our staff,” said Marybeth Terry, president of Southern Pharmacy. “We truly enjoy hosting these annual luncheons so that we have the opportunity to express our gratitude to the people who are responsible for our success.”
Each year, the pharmacy reviews the list of employees who have hit a one of the milestones and either creates a personalized award at or adds to the previously presented award.
