In mid-January, some of our Southern Pharmacy teams gathered in Charlotte for our annual customer service, sales and account management meeting.
With the retro theme of “Back To Basics,” the teams engaged in discussions about our core values and ideas, how to provide the best possible experience for those we serve and how to continue to implement and enhance those ideas in 2023. They also participated in a team-building activity at a local indoor minigolf establishment, where they played against one another.
