To help relieve the loneliness and boredom that the pandemic’s quarantine restrictions have brought to the residents in our customer facilities, several of our employees have stepped-up to help.
It has been a difficult six weeks for everyone.
Much has been said about the efforts of our first responders – those on the frontlines serving in hospitals, food banks, fire and police departments across the country during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The following is an article featuring an interview with Rich Eakins, VP of Guardian Pharmacy Services, about how long-term pharmacy is adapting its services amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Southern Pharmacy recently presented awards to employees who reached 5, 10 and 15 years of service over the last year.
The safety and well-being of our customers, residents and employees is always our top priority.
As new facilities join the Southern Pharmacy family , creating opportunities for residents and their loved ones to learn about their new pharmacy, including its benefits and processes that might differ from what they’re used to, has become a priority to our team.
